Simple exercises for morning exercises

Sport is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle. And morning gymnastics as nothing better helps to wake up and tune in to an active working rhythm. But even avid athletes will confirm that it is sometimes so hard to get together and force yourself to do at least a couple of squats in the morning. Simple exercises will help you overcome your laziness and will shape your body.

Create a comfortable environment.
Do not start a set of exercises, not yet fully awake. Walk for 15 minutes, “walk away” from sleep, drink a glass of clean drinking water with lemon, slowly spend all the morning procedures, read the news, and only then proceed to perform the charge.

Create a comfortable environment around you. Let the space for charging be spacious and safe: no sharp corners and extra furniture, the floor should be smooth and non-slip. Choose the appropriate “ammunition”: the exercises must be performed in sportswear and footwear. You can barefoot – the main thing is not in home slippers.

Set of exercises
In the morning, you can do without strength exercises, because your task is to wake up and invigorate the body, and not to give a big load on the heart in the morning.

Running on the spot. Before performing a set of exercises, do a little warm-up to increase the flow of blood to the muscles of the body. The best option is to run on the spot for 5 minutes.

Smack Starting position – standing, feet shoulder-width apart. Put your hands in the lock, and turn your palms out. Raise your hands high above your head and with your whole body sip while keeping your back and head level. You need to perform this exercise for 10-15 seconds in 3-4 approaches.

Rolls. Become straight, legs apart at a distance of 15 cm. Take a deep breath and stand on your toes. Exhale smoothly and roll on heels. This exercise should be performed 20-25 times.

Rotations. Perform rotational movements of the head, then hands, elbows, shoulders, feet, ankles and knees. 10 times for each body part.

“Kitty”. Stand on all fours, keep your head parallel to the floor. Inhale while tilting your head down, gracefully arching the back. Count to 8 and return to the starting position.

Push ups. Excellent cardio training. Experienced athletes can do push-ups from the floor on stretched legs, for beginners – leaning on their knees.

Stretching Exercise for flexibility. Sitting on the floor, make the body tilt forward. Try to reach your knees with your breasts, and grab your feet with your hands.
